When did self analysis in the past,
I had no doubt my right ls the down leg, my left is the up because I felt the instruction made sense when I folllwed it based on the up/down setting. Tried each instruction with both settings.

Feel end points(1st met and heel) coming together but missing 5th met.

Trying to lift a big toe while walking or running didn’t work very well compared to doing it standing still(more was all toes extending)

My right down leg shifts weight from out to inward and from front to back while the left one does exactly opposite. Not saying Bolt does so but used the images just for example. Asmmetrical direction of rotation or the result of wrong execution

The issue is my femur turns inward in disagreement with the foot everytime when I work on that ankle flexing movement.

Did it for the first time since the very beginning when these drills were introduced. Didn’t follow the whole instruction here.

High pt-low pt + foot pushing back

High pt-low pt with gravity and heel leading the way down + foot push back.

Then, foot pushing back drill.
Shin pitching backward to be avoided next time.

When it is time for the right down to land, i feel my torso rotates so far to its right that the right leg lands too close to body. Swinging a whole arm back, instead of focusing on elbow seems to be the cause. Forgot to do the shin pitch together btw

First walking then jogging.

It is difficult to figure out how asymmetry works withu right down leg. My left knee dropped naturally? as swing leg passed over it. Its weight being pressed or maybe pelvis interplay led knee down, but I think I was supposed to push knee down with intent.
Gotta try again

Was gonna try high pt to low pt but ended up digging into asymmetrical running, after checking the optionability’s one leg coming forward one leg dropping back creates run post.

Not sure if they are working under their roles. I felt my right down leg got me going while my left up leg did nothing but just landing.

Worked on shin pitching backward with each leg forward. Felt too much weight on my fingers, but after trying to add the compression of torso and arms into the legs, everything felt a bit more locked and loaded.
